Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) is the apex professional organization of PSEs committed to enabling a conducive and cohesive policy and operational environment for the fraternity. Given the significance of PSEs in national development, SCOPE deems it imperative to recognise the contributions and achievements of its member organizations and individuals who have helped in achieving unique accomplishments.
